Every bin tracks power continuously at the sample rate.
No windowing artifacts, no time-frequency tradeoff.

Configurable at Runtime
Change bin placement on the fly. Programmable FTW registers
allow dynamic spectrum reconfiguration without rebuild.

Proven on AMD Spartan UltraScale+ SU35P. Time-multiplexed architecture
uses 3 BRAMs for the entire NCO bank.
